Productivity is going downhill fast. I got Monopoly for the iPad and it's a time sucker. I've won three out of four games against the computer and like Boy Wonder, I've spent a lot of time in jail. Of course in Monopoly, you $50 and you're out. Now the money is in millions instead of just dollars. I'm glad inflation in the real world isn't that bad yet. One of the reasons for the rise of Nazism was the hyperinflation of the Deutschmark. People were carrying suitcases of cash to buy a loaf of bread. Now we just use debit and credit cards. They fit well in a pocket and are lighter than a suitcase.
I paid an arm, leg, and most of my fingers, to get my paintings matted and framed. They'll be ready for pickup in two weeks. I probably should have gone to Ben Franklin for the job. It would most like been cheaper. If I ever get more money, I'm going to buy a good mat cutter and at least mat my own stuff. I'll probably use my frames at least once more at another art show later this year. I can exhibit any any one of the regional shows. Once I get a few more paintings, I'll be able to exhibit concurrently.
The dog just woke up and started running out the room.. I wonder what she was dreaming of before she realized what she was doing. She's back on her cushion. Silly dog!

Framing is crazy expensive! Cutting mats is hard though....one tiny bit off and it's a mess. But still, it beats spending all that money on something you just KNOW you could do yourself.
